Terms of Use

These Terms of Use set out the rules for using Sneaky Snatch.

Last updated: 10 October 2026

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Sneaky Snatch, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must stop using the app.

Apple's Standard EULA

These terms are an agreement between you and the developer of Sneaky Snatch, not with Apple. The Apple Standard End User License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/) applies to the app, and these terms supplement it.

Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. Apple is not responsible for any warranty claim, and you should direct any product claim, complaint or third-party claim to the developer as described below.

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and the Apple Standard EULA. Once you accept these terms, Apple has the right to enforce them against you.

License

We grant you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable, limited licence to use Sneaky Snatch on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms.

Lawful Use and Restrictions

You agree to use Sneaky Snatch only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the app's code
  • extract, copy or reuse the game's artwork, music or sound
  • modify, redistribute, rent, lease or sell the app or any part of it
  • tamper with saved game data in order to harm other people
  • use the app for unauthorised commercial purposes

How the Game Works and Virtual Items

Coins, gems and boosters are virtual items inside the game. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred to other people. Coins are earned by playing. The app currently has no in-app purchases.

Your progress is stored on your device. There is no cloud save. Progress may be lost if you delete the app, use Settings → Reset progress, or if your device fails.

Intellectual Property

Sneaky Snatch, including its game design, characters, artwork, music and sound, is owned by the developer. These terms give you a licence to use the app. They do not transfer any ownership to you.

Availability, Updates and Changes

We may update, change, suspend or discontinue features of the app at any time. We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by law, Sneaky Snatch is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the app, including loss of saved progress.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including your mandatory consumer rights.

Health Notice

Take breaks while you play. Stop playing if you feel discomfort. You can turn off sound and haptic feedback (vibration) in Settings.

Termination

You can stop using Sneaky Snatch at any time by deleting it from your device. We may end your licence to use the app if you break these terms.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules that apply in the country where you live.
