Privacy Policy

Sneaky Snatch is a mobile arena game that runs entirely on your iPhone. It has no account, no server, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no third-party SDKs.

The app does not collect personal data. We never receive any data from the app, and nothing about you is collected by us or by anyone else through the app. In Apple's App Privacy terms, the app's label is Data Not Collected.

The game stores the following in its local storage on your iPhone, and only there:

• Stage progress, stars and best scores
• Your coin and booster balance
• The character skin you selected
• Your control mode (drag or joystick)
• Your sound and haptics preferences

This information is never transmitted off your device. It is removed when you delete the app, or when you use Settings → Reset progress. Reset progress does not clear your sound and haptics preferences.

If you use iOS device backups, Apple may include app data in your own backup under your Apple Account. That is between you and Apple and is not accessible to us.

Sneaky Snatch asks for no permissions. It does not access your camera, microphone, location, contacts, or photos, and it does not request tracking permission. Because nothing is tracked, you will not see an App Tracking Transparency prompt.

Haptic feedback uses your device's vibration engine. You can turn it off in Settings.

There is no advertising and no tracking in Sneaky Snatch. The app does not use an advertising identifier (IDFA), does not build profiles, and does not sell or share any data.

The app currently has no in-app purchases. Coins are an in-game reward you earn by playing, and they have no real-world value.

If purchases are added in the future, Apple would process them, and this policy would be updated before that release.

Sneaky Snatch is rated 9+ on the App Store for cartoon fantasy violence. It is not directed at children under 9. It has no gambling, no chat, no user-generated content, and no links to outside websites.

The app collects no personal data from anyone, including children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone.

Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct, export or delete. You control the local data on your own device.

If you email support, we process your email address and message only to reply to you, and we delete them when they are no longer needed. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering your request. You can ask us to delete your email and message at any time.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In the Netherlands, that is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Apple distributes the app through the App Store. If you choose to share diagnostics with app developers in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements, Apple may send crash and diagnostic data to us. We do not control how Apple handles that data.

The app itself contains no third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be announced in the App Store release notes.

Sneaky Snatch is made by an independent developer based in the Netherlands.
